Provider Management Solutions, LLC (PrMS), is an established healthcare consulting and management firm, specializing in skilled nursing facilities, inpatient rehab hospitals, and home health.  We provide comprehensive consulting on Medicare PPS, financial & reimbursement systems, therapy management, and medical billing services and training.  In addition, we offer comprehensive staff education and training programs.  The founders of PrMS have over 40 years combined experience with Medicare and Medicaid program principles.

Who We Are

Charles W. Smith - Owner    csmith@prmshealthcare.com Mr. Smith has a BS in Accounting from the University of South Florida.  He began his healthcare accounting career in 1985 as a financial and compliance auditor for one of the nation's largest Medicare fiscal intermediaries.  During his career Mr. Smith has served as Divisional Director of Reimbursement for a national healthcare company; Controller for a regional skilled nursing facility chain; Regional Director of Rehab Services; and principal consultant for a private healthcare consulting firm.  Over the years Mr. Smith has gained extensive knowledge of various types of Medicare & Medicaid reimbursement systems and principles of program participation.
